- Desde el punto de vista de la EF las funciones deben ser que la persona conozca sus posibilidades y sus limitaciones, así como las de los demás. Por otra parte también se adquirirán conocimientos de salud, desarrollo del cuerpo, etc y se favorecen las relaciones interpersonales.
- Debemos tener cuidado con aspectos de la EF actual como son los estereotipos, la extrema delgadez, etc pero también con aspectos relacionados con la violencia y la rivalidad en el deporte, los cuales debemos saber manejar.
